Celebrity mum bikini bodies


While the rest of us battle the post-baby bulge, stars from Jessica Alba to Myleene Klass seem to ping back to their taut teenage best ... and bare all in bikinis.

But their enviable curves are the result of hard work as much as good genes.

She says: Fortunately Im very lucky and dont have to do too much exercise, but I have taken up Pilates, and try to see a trainer.

I eat food thats high in protein and low in carbohydrates ... and I try never to eat bread.

Danielle, 32, has a ten-year-old daughter, Ella, from a previous relationship and she was snapped soaking up the sun on Caribbean island St Barts this week.

No n of the gym, Myleene instead keeps fit running around after her girls and through cardio exercises like walking, dancing and skipping. And just so you dont feel so bad - she fesses up to loving sit-ups to tone that tum.

Myleene, 33, is on hols in Barbados this week with husband Graham Quinn and daughters Hero and Ava, four.

Jessica looks abs-olutely bulous just five months after giving birth to second daughter, Haven.

The Little Fockers star, 30, looks so good shes even been named as pregnant Jessica Simpsons thinspiration.

Simpson tweeted today: New goal: look like @jessicaalba after baby. Job well done lady!

Of her b figure, Alba says: I didnt gain as much weight with my second pregnancy plus I did prenatal yoga right up until the very end. I just made healthier choices. I started working out and not going too crazy.

Jess has been holidaying in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with husband Cash Warren and daughters Haven and Honor, now three.

Most men would say Yes to a babymama like Aida.

The Venezuelan model and TV presenter admits to being naturally thin but says she stays in shape through dancing and exercise.

But she never diets: I eat everything and just love Italian cuisine, pasta in particular. Its just that Im careful not to eat too much in one serving.

Aida, 32, enjoyed a pre-Christmas break in Miami with son Aron, three, and her Italian footballer boyfriend Matteo Ferrari.

Were not sure about him but theres plenty of va-va-voom to his missus.

The former model and reality TV star says: I do a little cardio every day, and it doesnt have to be on a machine.

I sometimes take a walk. I try to do it for a minimum of 30 minutes a day. I stopped eating junk food, like chips and candy. Its about timing, portion control and eating healthy foods that fill you up.
