UPDATE-Nick Cannoncontinue to receive support from his friends and mily as he makes his transition from an Aspen hospital to a Los Angeles hospital following his scare with kidney ilure.

Nick tweeted the update yesterday:

&8220;Currently being transfeJessica Albarred to a hospital in LA. Thank you all for all your love, prayers and concern. You know me&8230; I will be aight,&8221; Nick tweeted just before the move.

As previously reported, Nick was vacationing in Aspen with with his wifeMariah Careyand their twins Monroe and Moroccan when he was hospitalized with what his Mariah Carey called&8216;mild kidney ilure&8217;.? Unfortunately the situation doesn&8217;t appear to permit him to go home just yet as he is now stationed in an LA Hospital.

Luckily Cannon&8217;s ns have sprung into action sending the llen star well wishes and prayers via twitter.

Russell Simmons tweeted: &8220;Praying for my man Nick Cannon and Mariah.&8221;

Fellow America&8217;s Got Talent host Howie Mandel wrote: &8220;Get well soon buddy.&8221;

Even co host Sharon Osbourne sent the following light hearted tweet: &8220;He is such a naughty, gorgeous boy. He&8217;s going to be fine. He&8217;s young and strong.&8221;

Mariah later informedPeople Magazinethat although Nick is in stable condition, he is in a lot of pain but he still remains positive as they all hope for a full recovery.

&8220;As always, he&8217;s in good spirits considering the situation. We are hopeful that he&8217;ll be 100 percent as soon as possible. We really appreciate everybody&8217;s love and support.&8221;

According to theLA Timesand information from the Mayo Clinic, acute kidney ilure can stem from a variety of things including symptoms of an illness, dehydration, or even taking excessive over the counter medication such as Motrin or Advil.

Whatever the case may be we hope doctors find the source of the problem quickly so Nick Cannon can begin his healing process and return to entertaining the ns he loves so much.

Ok, so maybe these arent exactly flirting phrases, but the two are certainly planning on sharing post baby dieting tips as Alba recently told People Magazine she would deliver the information personally.

This past November, Jessica Simpson claimed she was craving irly healthy snacks such as cantaloupes and other various fruits. However, according to US Weekly, now the former Dukes Of Hazard star admitted those cravings have shifted to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
